A few things that help
- The home is empty of furniture and belongings.
- Cabinets are empty if you add inside-cabinet cleaning.
- Power and water are still on.
- We know how to get in: you'll be there, a key or lockbox, or your building's concierge.

Move in/out questions
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. Move in/out cleans are priced for an empty home so we can reach every surface. If some items are staying, tell us in your request and we'll confirm the scope with you.
Are the oven and fridge included?
Yes. Inside the oven and inside the fridge are both part of every move in/out clean.
Do I need to be there?
No. You can be there, leave a key or lockbox, or arrange access through your building. Tell us how we'll get in when you request your estimate.
Will this get my damage deposit back?
That decision is your landlord's, so we can't promise it. What we can do is detail the whole home, including inside the oven and fridge. The Deposit-Back Bundle adds inside cabinets, wall spot-cleaning, and a garage sweep.
How is a move in/out clean priced?
Use the estimate tool to price it by home size or by the rooms you choose. You'll see the price before GST and an approximate total with GST. We confirm the final price after reviewing your details.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know your move date. Add your preferred date and time to your request and we'll reply within one business day.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
